Venaseal Vein closure

Guided by ultrasound, vein adhesive is distributed throughout the target vein. After the procedure the leg is compressed, which ultimately  closes the vein and removes it from circulation.
This technique avoids the use of heat for vein destruction making it the only painless vein ablation procedure available. It is associated with the highest success rate, lowest recurrence and lowest morbidity rates of all vein ablation options.

Sclerotherapy

Injection of vein damaging agent causing the vein to scar and obliterate.

foam sclerotherapy

The sclerosing agent is converted to foam which increases the sclerosant contact area in the vein. Injections are performed using direct visualization via ultrasound. By combining these two techniques we achieve a more optimal vein ablation than with basic sclerotherapy.
